摘要
近年来,Ⅰ群禽腺病毒在多国引起家禽暴发疫情,主要表现为血清4和8型引起的心包积水-肝炎综合征和鸡包涵体肝炎,3~8周龄肉仔鸡高死亡率给养殖业造成了严重的经济损失。目前,我国国内尚无商品化Ⅰ群禽腺病毒疫苗,国内外有相关疫苗研制的很多报道,如灭活疫苗、减毒活疫苗及新兴起的基因工程疫苗,均能提供不同程度的免疫保护。文章综述了Ⅰ群禽腺病毒疫苗的国内外研究现状,以期为相关疫病的预防提供参考。
Fowl adenovirus group I （FAV- I ） caused epidemic outbreaks worldwide. The main serotypes causing hydropericardium-hepatitis syndrome （HHS）and inclusion body hepatitis （IBH）were serotype 4 and 8. FAV-I could result in a high mortality for broiler chickens at 3 to 8 weeks of age, leading to significant economic losses in poultry industry. At the present time,there is no commercial FAV-I vaccine available in China. However,there are a number of reports describing the development of vaccines against FAV- I ,such as inactivated vaccines,live attenuatedvaccines and novel gene-engineering vaccines. These vaccines could provide different degree of protection against FAV-I infection. This article summarized the current status of the vaccine against FAV-I at home and abroad, aiming at providing references for control and prevention of the related disease.
