摘要
针对低压低产积液气井因作业液返排困难,井筒积液,采用常规复产工艺无法实现有效排采,对储层造成二次伤害,严重制约气井产能发挥的问题,在对比研究泡排、连续油管+液氮或膜制氮气等复产工艺的优缺点基础上,设计了一种邻井高压气源+生产流程辅助的复产新工艺。建南气田实际应用结果表明:低压低产气井采用该工艺,具有经济、实用、高效的优点,气井复产周期可缩短60%左右,有效改善了气井生产状况,且在避免环境污染的同时具有良好的经济效益。该技术为低压低产积液气井的排采工作提供了新思路。
This article is aimed at solving problems in low pressure low production gas wells with liquid loading using conventional resumed production technique including inefficient drainage,secondary damage of reservoirs and significant restriction on productivity of gas wells. Based on the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of several resumed production techniques including bubble drainage and coiled tubing + liquid nitrogen or membrane nitrogen,a new resumed production technique is designed combining high pressure gas source from adjacent wells and production process assistance. Field application of Jiannan gas field shows that the technique is economical,practical and efficient when used in low pressure low production gas wells,resumed production cycle shortened for 60%,gas production conditions effectively improved,with no environmental pollution and high economic efficiency.The technique provides a new method for the production of low pressure low production gas wells with liquid loading.
