摘要
目的探讨行为分析疗法(ABA)结合结构化教学(TEACCH)治疗儿童孤独症的疗效,为孤独症儿童的康复治疗提供依据。方法对45例孤独症患儿进行ABA结合TEACCH的康复教育训练。采用PEP-R评估量表比较训练前、后孤独症患儿的发展能力、异常行为、自理能力及社交表现得分。结果训练后,孤独症患儿在发展能力上总分进步,较训练前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),异常行为减少,适应性行为增多,自理能力增加及社交欲望提升。结论 ABA结合TEACCH的训练方式能有效改善孤独症儿童的症状,提升患儿的发展能力。
Objective To explore the curative effect of applied behavioral analysis combined with structural teaching( ABA-TEACCH) in treatment of childhood autism,provide a basis for rehabilitation treatment of childhood autism. Methods Forty-five children with autism were treated by ABA-TEACCH rehabilitation education training. PEP-R scale was used to compare the scores of development ability,abnormal behaviors,self-independence ability,and social skills of these children before and after training. Results After training,the total score of development ability was improved,compared with before training,there was statistically significant difference( P〈0. 01);the abnormal behaviors decreased, the adaptable behaviors increased, self-independence ability and social skills were improved.Conclusion ABA-TEACCH training can effectively improve the symptoms and development ability of children with autism.
