摘要
目的 采用薄层扫描法测定跌打七厘片中血竭素的含量。方法 样品经适当提取、净化后点于硅胶 G薄层板上 ,氯仿 -甲醇 (19∶ 1)为展开剂 ,双波长反射法锯齿扫描 ,检测波长为 λs=480 nm,λR=5 6 0 nm。结果 本法线性关系良好 ,平均加样回收率为 96 .2 %,RSD值为 2 .4%。测得跌打七厘片中血竭素的含量约为 0 .0 38%。结论 本方法操作简单 ,准确 ,可用于跌打七厘片的质量控制。
Objective To determine the content of dracorhodin in Diedaqili tablets by TLC-scanning.Methods The extraction of the sample was analyzed on silica gel-G plate,with chloroform-methanol(19∶1)as the developing system .The spot was detected by dual wavelength reflection sawtooth scanning (λs=480 nm,λ R=560 nm).Results The linearity of this method was well .The average recovery of the added sample was 96.2%.RSD was 2.4%.Determination of dracorhodin in Diedaqili tablet was about 0.038%.Conclusions This method is simple ,accurate and can be used for the quality control of Diedaqili tablets
