摘要
目的 建立菊蓝抗流感胶囊质量标准含量测量方法。方法 以 TL CS法用硅胶 G薄层板 ,醋酸乙酯 -正已烷 -冰醋酸 -甲醇 (16∶ 3∶ 0 .5∶ 0 .3)为展开剂 ,15 %磷钼酸乙醇液加热显色 ,于 6 85 nm波长处测定人工牛黄胆酸含量。结果 回归方程 A=4.7× 10 5C+2 .18× 10 5(r=0 .9994) ,线性范围 0 .5 7～ 2 .86 μg,稳定性、重现性均符合要求 ,平均回收率为 99.3%(n=6 ,RSD=2 .0 5 )。结论 本方法准确 ,快速 ,菊蓝抗流感胶囊中胆酸含量 11批次样品 ,平均值为 0 .46 mg/粒。
Objective To establish the method determining the effective constituent content used for controlling its quality.Methods The thin layer chromatographic scanning (TLCS) was carried out for determining the cholic acid of artificial calculus bovis in Julankanliugan capsules with silica gel-G and ethyl acetate-n-hexane-acetic acid-methanol (16∶3∶0.5∶0.3) as its developing solvent system. Its detecting wavelength was at 685 nm.Results The linear range was from 0.57 μg to 2.86 μg (A=4.7×10 5C+2.18×10 5, r=0.999 4). The average recovery rate was 99.3 %(n=6, RSD=2.05%). Conclusions The method is accurate, simple.The mean content of cholic acid in the 11 batches of the drugs is 0.46 mg per granule by means of this method.
