热致相分离法制备聚丙烯膜材料及其形态结构的相关性 被引量:1

摘要 以聚丙烯为基材,固体石蜡为稀释剂,聚乙烯蜡为增容剂,取代芳基酰胺类化合物为成核剂,通过热致相分离法,制备了聚丙烯膜材料。探讨了制膜条件对聚丙烯膜材料相分离过程和结构的影响。结果表明,相分离温度随着制膜条件中各组分质量分数的增大,呈现先增后减的变化趋势,改变成膜条件可以很好地控制膜的结构。当聚乙烯蜡质量分数为5%、成核剂为2%、固体石蜡为33%、聚丙烯为35%时,聚丙烯膜材料的综合性质良好。 The polypropylene film material was prepared by the thermal induced phase separation method, using PP as membrane material, solid paraffin wax as diluent, polyethylene wax as compatibilizer, substituted aryl amide compounds as nucleating agent. The effects of the film conditions on the phase diagram and structure of the polypropylene film material were discussed. The results showed the phase separation temperature increased at first and then decreased with the increase of the content of each component in the film. The film structure could be controlled by changing the film forming conditions. The comprehensive properties of the polypropylene film were better when the mass fractions of polyethylene wax, nucleating agent, solid paraffin and polypropylene were 2%, 5%, 33% and 35%, respectively.
