摘要
本文通过对近年来相关文献资料的回顾与整理,综述了方剂玉女煎治疗2型糖尿病的研究进展。通过对2型糖尿病的发病机制及2型糖尿病的胰岛素治疗分析,阐述方剂玉女煎的组成、主治、功效及临床运用等,证实了玉女煎治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。玉女煎在弥补胰岛素之不足的同时,在改善患者症状、防治慢性并发症等方面具有明显的优势。
The latest progress on Yunyu decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus by review related documents was elaborated. By analyzing the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus and insulin therapy for type 2 diabetes, composition, indication, efficacy and clinical application was elaborated, and the clinical effect was confirmed. Besides of making up insulin deficiency, Yunyu decoction has obvious advantages in improving symptoms and preventing and treating chronic complications.
