摘要
研究了一种下行链路采用64阶正交幅度调制-正交频分复用(QAM-OFDM)信号和上行链路采用8阶相移键控(PSK)-OFDM信号的全双工光载无线通信(RoF)系统。其中,下行链路承载的是60GHz不同子载波数量(64,128,256,512)的光生64QAM-OFDM毫米波接入信号。数值模拟仿真证明:光生64QAM-OFDM毫米波接入信号的峰均比(PAPR)随着子载波数量的增加而增大;当下行链路接收功率为-18dBm时,相比较其它3种子载波数量而言,子载波数为256的64QAMOFDM毫米波接入信号的接收灵敏度最好,误码率(BER)近似为10^(-3.7);当上行链路的接收功率高于-28.5dBm时,接收信号的BER在10^(-3)以下。
A full duplex radio over fiber(RoF)system,including the downlink with 64 quadrature ampli-tude modulation-orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(QAM-OFDM)modulated signals are ana-lyzed and the uplink with 8 plase shift keying orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(PSK-OFDM)modulated signals,of which downlink conveys a 60 GHz millimeter-wave with different numbers of sub-carriers(as the number is 64,128,256,512).The simulation results show that the peak-to-average pow-er ratio(PAPR)increases with ascending subcarrier quantity.The bit error rate(BER)of the downlink signals with 256 subcarriers is close to 10-a"7 when the optical receiver power is-18 dBm,and in this case the receiving sensitivity is the best of all.For uplink,the BER is lower than 10-3 when the receiver power is higher than-28.5d Bm.
