利拉鲁肽对胰岛β细胞功能恢复的效果观察

摘要 目的探讨与观察利拉鲁肽对胰岛β细胞功能恢复的效果。方法 2014年1月到2015年12月选择在我院诊治的2型糖尿病患者60例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各30例,对照组给予格列美脲+二甲双胍治疗,观察组给予利拉鲁肽+二甲双胍治疗,两组都治疗观察1个月。结果两组患者的餐后2h血糖与空腹血糖在治疗前对比无显著性差异(P>0.05),在治疗后,均下降,但观察组降低的更为显著(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后的空腹C肽与餐后C肽均升高,差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且观察组治疗后的空腹C肽与餐后C肽水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论利拉鲁肽在2型糖尿病患者中的应用能促进胰岛β细胞功能恢复,从而有利于降低血糖,有很好的应用效果。
