摘要
目的了解额尔古纳口岸蜱类自然感染贝氏柯克斯体的状况,为Q热的预防控制提供技术支持。方法用套式PCR方法检测野外采集的蜱类携带的贝氏柯克斯体。结果在额尔古纳口岸地区采集的210只蜱中,从3只草原革蜱中检测到贝氏柯克斯体核酸,序列分析结果表明与GenBank中贝氏柯克斯体序列同源性为99%。结论首次从额尔古纳口岸地区草原革蜱中检测到贝氏柯克斯体。
Objective To understand the natural infection of Coxiella burnetii in ticks,and to provide technical sup- port for the prevention and control of Q fever. Methods Nested PCR method was used to detect CoxieUa burnetii in wild tieks collected in Argun port. Results Coxiella burnetii was detected positive in 3 Dermacentor nuttallis out of 210 ticks. The similarities of the nucleotide sequence of Coxiella burnetii with those deposited in GenBank were 99%. Conclusion It is the first time to confirm the infection of CoxieUa burnetii in Dermacentor nuttalli at Argun port.
