摘要
基于Simufact建立了大型异形截面环件辗扩成形过程的三维有限元模型,模拟计算并揭示了驱动辊、锥辊、芯辊摩擦系数对环件热辗扩过程中的等效应变、轧制力、环件尺寸的影响规律,结果表明,驱动辊摩擦系数与锥辊摩擦系数的增加均有利于外径的增加,而芯辊摩擦系数的增加则有利于内径的增加;驱动辊摩擦系数的增加会同时增加环件的径向与轴向轧制力;驱动辊摩擦系数的增加可以使环件内外表面等效应变更均匀,使变形更均匀,可以在一定程度上使塑性区更容易穿透环件壁厚。
Based on the Simufact platform,a three-dimensional finite element model was built and the influences of the friction coefficients of drive roll,taper roll and mandrel roll on the equivalent strain,radial rolling force,axial rolling force and ring size during the hot ring rolling process were studied by the simulation. The results showed that,with the increase of the friction coefficients of the drive roll and taper roll,the outer diameter also became larger and the inner diameter increased as the friction coefficients of mandrel increased. Meanwhile when increasing the friction coefficients of the drive roll,the radial and axial rolling force increased. Internal and external surface equivalent strain can be more equal when the friction coefficients of drive roll increased,which caused that the deformation became more equal,and the ring wall was more easily struck by the plastic area.
