摘要
对板坯连铸机在线热调宽结晶器宽边夹紧装置进行受力分析,采用Simulink仿真软件建立了该夹紧装置的液压伺服控制模型,并对该模型进行了仿真分析及现场试验,验证了夹紧装置液压伺服系统设计的正确性及控制模型参数设置的合理性。
This paper analysed the load of the broad side clamping device for the mold width adjustment mode,modeling the hydraulic servo control system associating with the simulation software of Simulink,using of the simulation result to validate the hydraulic system and the data of control system are appropriate.
