摘要
目的评价532nm激光治疗视网膜病变在预防TransPRK术后视网膜脱离的作用。方法对TransPRK手术前发现周边视网膜病变（变性区及裂孔）的85例100眼行532nm眼底激光治疗，观察7～20d后行手术治疗，术后次H、3H、1周、2周复森，并于1月、3月、1年进行随涛。结果532nm眼底激光治疗后视网膜情况稳定．1年内随访均未发现有视网膜脱离、裂孔及变。陀区出现。结论TransPRK术前对存在周边视网膜变性区及裂孔的患者实施532nm眼底激光治疗能有效预防视网膜脱离发生。
Objective evaluate tim role of 532nm laser treatment of retinopathy in the prevention of amotio retinae after Trans PRK surgery. Methods we use 532nm Laser to treat peripheral retinopathy （retinal tear and retinal degeneration） of 85 cases with 100eye, then observe 7 days to 20 days before Trans PRK surgery, we review the cases after surgery on the 1st d,grd d,7th d and 14th d,also follow the cases up on the 1st momh,grd month and 1st year. Results The cases keep retinal in stable condition after using 532nm laser treatment for retinopathy,and 1 year follow-up wc were not found amotio retinae, retinal tear or retinal degeneration. Conclusion 532nm laser treatment of fundus is effective to prevent amotio retinae in patients found peripheral retinal degeneration and retinal tear before Trans PRK surgery.
