摘要
目的:探讨卡维地洛联合利尿剂对轻、中度心功能不全患者脑钠肽(BNP)及心功能影响。方法:对照组予卡维地洛治疗,研究组在此基础上联合螺内酯治疗。结果:研究组治疗后的血清BNP水平显著低于对照组;治疗后研究组的心率和LVEDD(mm)水平更低,EF(%)和FS(%)水平更高(P<0.01)。结论:卡维地洛联合利尿剂对轻、中度心功能不全患者BNP及心功能有明显的改善作用。
Objective：To investigate the effects of carvedilol combinedand diuretics on BNP and cardiac function in patients with mild or moderate heart failure.Methods：The control group were given carvedilol treatment,and basis on this,the study group was added spironolactone.Results：The serum levels of BNP in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the heart rate and LVEDD（mm）levels were lower in the study group after treatment,and the levels of EF（%）and FS（%）were higher（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：There is obvious improvement of BNP and heart function in mild ormoderate heart failure patients with carvedilol and diuretics.
