摘要
目的:探究中西医联合治疗难治性慢性特发性荨麻疹患者与血清细胞因子水平的相关性的意义。方法:随机抽取2015年3月~2016年6月之间来某院就医的68例难治性慢性特发性荨麻疹患者进行治疗方案的研究,将其均分为观察组34例采用中西医联合治疗的方法;对照组34例患者采用常规的西医治疗方案,通过监测患者的血清细胞因子水平,评价患者的治疗效果。结果:两组难治性慢性特发性荨麻疹患者治疗后,外周血CD3^+T淋巴细胞数无明显差异(P>0.05);两组患者经过治疗后,血清细胞因子的百分比含量均有所改变,但观察组患者的CD4^+淋巴细胞数明显高于对照组,观察组的CD8^+T淋巴细胞数、CD4^+/CD8^+比值及总IgE明显低于对照组,数据对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中西医联合治疗难治性慢性特发性荨麻疹可以有效的改善外周血中血清细胞因子水平,取得较好的治疗效果,值得临床推广普及。
Objective：To explore the significance of the correlation between traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of patients with chronic idiopathic urticaria and the level of serum cytokines.Methods：68 cases of patients with refractory chronic idiopathic urticaria in a hospital from March 2015 to June 2016 were randomly selected,who were divided into observation group（34 cases）using the method of combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine treatment and the control group（34 cases）treated with conventional western medicine treatment.Then evaluate therapeutic effect by monitoring serum cytokine levels in patients.Results：There was no significant difference in the number of CD3~＋T lymphocytes in the peripheral blood of the two groups with refractory chronic idiopathic urticaria（P〉0.05）.After treatment,the percentage of serum cytokines in the two groups was changed,but the number of CD4~＋lymphocytes in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The number of CD8~＋ Tlymphocytes,CD4~＋/CD8~＋ ratio and total IgE in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,with statisitcal significance.Conclusion：The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of refractory chronic idiopathic urticaria can effectively improve the level of serum cytokines in peripheral blood,and achieve good therapeutic effect,worthy of clinical popularization.
