摘要
以FIDIC为基础,合同全过程为主线,总结归纳了签订前期、履行阶段、结算阶段的合同管理现状,提出一套完整的合同管理体系,针对不同阶段存在的问题,提出了针对性的合同管理策略。
Based on FIDIC,the paper puts forward a complete contract management system based on the whole process of contract and summarizes the current situation of contract management in the early stage of contract entry,contract fulfillment and contract settlement. Aiming at the problems existing in different stages,the paper puts forward the specific contract management strategy.
