摘要
为了解决PTC加热器加热效果不明显的问题,研究了PTC加热器的最佳使用性能与湍流强度和流速的变化关系,利用计算流体动力学Fluent软件对电动汽车的PTC加热器工作过程中内部流场进行了数值模拟分析。模拟结果表明,通过提高湍流强度可以提高加热速度,减少损害;降低速度可以提高进出口温差,使加热效果更佳。实验结果与模拟结果较好吻合,验证了工艺改进方案的合理性和PTC加热器数值模拟的可靠性。
In order to solve the problem that the heating effect ol PTC heater was not obvious,the relationship be-tween the best use performance ol PTC heater and turbulence intensity and How velocity was studied. By using the computational fluid dynamics software Fluent,the numerical simulation analysis ol the internal flow ol PTC heater in electric vehicle field was simulated. The results show that the increase ol turbulence intensity can improve the heating rate and reduce the damage. Also the reduction of the flow velocity can improve the temperature difference between the inlet and the outlet and the heating effect is better. The experimental results show that the results are in good agreement with the simulation results,which verifies the rationality ol the improvement scheme and the relia-bility ol the numerical simulation ol the PTC heater.
