摘要
在分析武器装备系统效能特点的基础上,针对装备定型试验的应用需求,提出一种改进可用性-可信性-能力法,以解决传统方法在系统状态划分上无法准确全面描述武器装备实际可用性的问题。提出增加中间状态的策略,对效能综合计算模式、状态描述与计算方法、状态转移计算方法和能力计算方法做整体改进,在此基础上开发了支撑软件SEEK。并以某型主战坦克系统效能评估为例,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
Based on analyses about system effectiveness of the weapon and aiming at application requirements from the weapon type approval tests, a modified ADC(availability-dependability-capability) method was put forward in order to solve the problem that the actual usability of the weapon cannot be presented accurately and entirely by dividing system conditions using the traditional ADC method. Comprehensive modifications were performed, such as putting forward the strategy of adding the medial conditions in the model. As the results showed, functions for integrating the sub-system effectiveness, for describing and computing the conditions, for transfers between conditions, and for capabilities were all improved. A software platform SEEK was developed based on these modifications. System effectiveness evaluation of a main tank was selected as an example for demonstrate feasibility and validity of the method.
