摘要
目的：对饲料企业防尘设施进行调查．对其防尘效果进行评价，提出改进措施，以保护劳动者健康。方法：采取现场职业卫生调查、工作场所职业病危害因素检测和职业健康检查等方法对3家饲料企业进行调查，识别粉尘产生环节．并评价防护效果。结果：3家企业在投料岗位谷物粉尘浓度均超过职业接触限值，其他岗位粉尘浓度符合职业卫生标准。结论：粉尘对人体健康有明确危害，饲料企业投料岗位现行的防护设施不能满足防尘要求，应采取工程防护措施进行有效控制。本文针对该问题提供了改进的投料口设计方法，通过在投料口设置围挡来减少人员吸入和提高通风效率。达到防尘目的。
Objective To investigate the dust prevention facility and evaluate the dust-control effect in feed enterprises, and propose improvement methods to protect workers from occupational disease. Methods The combination methods including field investigation for occupational health, hazardous factors detection for workshop, and occupational physical examination have been applied to check and distinguish the dust generation process, and evaluate the dust-control effect in three feed enterprises. Results For both three enterprises, dust concentration in posts are in line with the national health standard except in feeding operation post, dust concentration than which exhibit higher corn standard. Conclusion Dust is definitely harmful to workers,current prevention facility in most enterprises can not accord with the dust-control requirement, some improved measures have to be done to control dust concentration. One new prevention design in feeding operation post has been advised, the new design can get better dust-control effect through adding curtain falling to prevent sucking and increase pumping effect.
