摘要
原发干燥综合征是以自身免疫性上皮炎为病理基础的自身免疫性疾病,异位生发中心与多种自身免疫性疾病的靶器官损伤相关,但在干燥综合征发病机制中的作用尚不明确。本研究从树突细胞呈递抗原,B细胞的募集活化及白细胞介素17等多种炎症因子的参与等方面简述异位生发中心形成及炎症反应在干燥综合征靶器官损伤中的作用。
Primary Sjogren＇s syndrome is an autoimmune disease with the pathological basis of auto- immune epithelitis. Ectopic germinal center has been proven to be related to target organ injury in many autoimmune diseases, but the role in the pathogenesis of Sjogren＇s syndrome is not yet clear. We reviewed ectopic germinal center and inflammation in target organ injury of Sjogren syndrome from several aspects, including antigen presentation of dendritic cells, recruitment and activation of B cell and multiple cyto- kines.
