摘要
当前颈椎牵引器大都只能实现中立位或单一角度的牵引,不能实现变力、旋转、变角度等牵引功能的需要,且自动化控制程度较低。该文提出了一种基于提拉牵引疗法的可穿戴式智能颈部治疗装置。该智能颈部治疗装置包括机械支撑及传动单元、驱动单元、传感测试单元和控制单元,通过肌电传感装置及力学信号的反馈,实现了以牵引为主附加旋转提拉功能,同时辅以热敷的治疗方案。从而提高了疗效及牵引治疗的智能化程度。
Currently,most of the cervical tractor can only achieve neutral or single angle traction but cannot realize traction,rotation,angle change and other traction functions and the degree of automation is low. This paper proposes a wearable intelligent neck therapy device based on pull traction therapy. This intelligent neck treatment device comprises of a mechanical support and transmission unit,a drive unit,a sensor unit and a control unit. Through EMG sensing device and the feedback of mechanical signals,the traction treatment scheme is complemented with additional rotating lifting hot compress. Therefore,the curative effects and the intelligence degree of the traction treatment are improved.
