摘要
为对煤矿安全现状做出客观评价,建立了熵权TOPSIS评价模型。TOPSIS法以评价对象与正、负理想解的距离为评价准则,对现有对象相对优劣做出排序;熵权法以评价对象原始数据为基础计算权重,计算结果较客观,避免了TOPSIS法底层指标多人为确定权重的主观性。为检验模型在煤矿安全评价中的可行性,从人的因素、物的因素、环境因素及管理因素4个方面选取20个指标,构建了矿井安全现状评价指标体系,以义马煤业5个矿井为应用样本,得出了矿井安全现状的预警级别,模型计算结果与实际情况及模糊可变识别方法评判基本一致,表明了模型的适用性。
In order to make objective evaluation of coal mine safety status, this paper establishes the entropy TOPSIS evalua-tion model. TOPSIS method makes the distance between evaluation object and the positive and negative ideal solution as the eval-uation criteria, to make the sort of the relative merits of existing objects; entropy method make the original data of evaluation ob-ject as fundamental calculating weight, the result is more objective and avoid the subjectivity of TOPSIS method which determine the weight for big underlying index. To test the feasibility of the model for coal mine safety evaluation, from the human factors, factors matter, environmental factors and management factors to select 20 indexes, mine safety status evaluation index system is constructed, and take 5 mines of Yima Group Co. Ltd as the application sample, obtaining the alert level ranking of mine safety status, the calculation results of model are consistent with the actual situation and fuzzy variable identification method, it proves of the model is feasible.
