摘要
通过对2002~2012年间公开发表于英文期刊的日粮中添加木聚糖酶后肉鸡1~21日龄和22~42日龄平均日增重(ADG)、平均日采食量(ADFI)和料重比(FG)数据进行Meta分析后发现,日粮中添加内切木聚糖酶可使肉鸡的平均日增重提高0.46(0.19~0.73)g/(d·只)(P<0.05),料重比降低0.02(P<0.05),但却存在显著(P<0.05)的发表偏倚。
A meta-analysis was conducted based on studies published in English journal between 2002 and 2012 on tile effects of xylanase supplementation on average daily gain （AD（;）, average daily feed inlake （ADFI） and feed ： gain ratio （F ： G） of broiler chickens day 1-21 and 22-42. Results show that supplementation of xylanase in diet increased ADG of broilers by 0.46 （0.19-0.73） g/（dxbird） （P〈0.05）, at tile same time decreasing F ： G by 0.02 （P〈O.05）. Nevertheless, there exists a significant publication bias among the studies （P〈0.05）.
