摘要
近年来,我国加快DTMB项目覆盖体系的建设,为确保广大人民群众广播电视公共服务的质量,需要合理有效地实施监测,以提高节目播出质量、加强播出内容监管、保障节目传播秩序,规范无线播出频谱资源合理利用。本文对地面数字电视一体化监测进行研究,并对其应用实现进行描述,为监测系统建设提供一种实施方法。
In recent years, our country accelerates the construction of DTMB signal coverage, in order to ensure the public service quality of radio and television. Effective monitoring is needed to improve the broadcasting quality, to strengthen the broadcasting content supervision, to guarantee wireless communication, and to regulate wireless spectrum resource. In this paper, the integrated monitoring platform of DTMB is studied, and its application is described. It provides an implementation of broadcasting monitoring system.
