摘要
通过力学性能测试和显微组织观察,研究了热处理工艺对ZG15Cr1Mo1钢显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:ZG15Cr1Mo1钢经过多次热处理后其金相组织和力学性能达到既定热处理目标;热处理中冷速过慢会先共析F,造成F超标,且力学性能偏低;正火工艺相同则所得组织皆为贝氏体;且回火温度不同,贝氏体组织中碳化物分解的程度不一样。
The effects of heat treatment process on microstructure and properties of ZG15Cr1Mo1 steel were studied by mechanical properties test and microstructure observation. The results showed that the metallurgical structure and mechanical properties of ZG15Cr1Mo1 steel could meet the heat treatment requirements after multi-heat treatment. The proeutectoid ferrite formed firstly when the cooling rate was too slow during heat treatment,which resulted in an excess of inferrite and low mechanical properties. The obtained microstructure was all bainite under the same normalizing heat treatment,but the decomposition degree of carbide in bainite was different according to different tempering temperature.
