摘要 针对传统深部调剖体系溶解时间长,无法满足海上油田实时注入的问题,研发了一种适用于海上油田注水井在线调剖用凝胶体系。该体系由乳液聚合物和酚醛树脂交联剂组成,利用黏度法考察了聚合物质量分数、交联剂质量分数、矿化度等因素对体系性能的影响,优化出了冻胶体系配方:BHRY(>1.5%)+BHFQ-1(>0.3%)。该体系耐温70℃,耐盐100 000 mg/L,具有良好的注入性,且封堵率仍90%以上,具有较好的封堵能力。 In order to solve the problem that the traditional deep profile control system has a long dissolution time and can not meet the real-time injection of offshore oilfield,a gel sys- tem for online profile control of water injection wells in offshore oilfield is developed. The system is composed of emulsion polymer and phenolic resin crosslinking agent. The effects of the mass fraction of the polymer, the mass fraction of the crosslinking agent and the degree of mineralization on the properties of the system are investigated by the viscosity method. The formulation of the gel system was optimized, emulsion polymer (〉1.5 % ) + phenolicresin crosslinking agent (〉0.3 % ). The temperature resistance of the system is 70 ℃, the salt resistance of the system is 100 000 mg/L. The system also has good injectivity and good sealing ability which plugging rate is above 90 %.
