摘要
目的观察倍他乐克治疗扩张型心肌病的临床效果。方法选取64例扩张型心肌病患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各32例。对照组接受常规方法治疗,研究组在常规疗法基础上接受倍他乐克治疗。对比两组临床效果,治疗后左室射血分数(LVEF)、心率(HR)、左室腔(LVC)、左室舒张末期内径(LVED)及不良反应情况。结果2组临床疗效等级比较存在显著差异(P<0.05),且研究组临床总有效率(93.75%)远远高于对照组的(71.88%)(P<0.05);研究组LVEF显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而HR、LVC、LVED均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论倍他乐克治疗扩张型心肌病临床效果显著,可显著改善患者心功能且具有较高安全性。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of metoprolol in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy.Methods 64 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy were randomly divided into study group and control group,32 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment, the study group received the treatment of m.etoprolol on the basis of conventional therapy.To observe the clinical effect of the study＇ group and the control group,left ventricular ejection fraction after treatment were compared （LVEF） and heart rate（HR）,left ventricular （LVC）,left ventricular end di- astolic diameter（LVED）,recorded and compared 2 groups of adverse reactions. Results The clinical efficacy of 2 groups were statistically significant level （P〈0.05）, aiad the study group clinical total effective rate（93.75%）was much higher than that of control group（71.88%）（P〈0.05）;LVEF group was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）,while HR, LVC and LVED were significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）;the adverse reactions in 2 groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of metoprolol in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy is significant, which can significantly improve the heart function of patients with high safety.
