摘要
目的:观察中药外敷联合冷敷治疗桡骨远端骨折手法复位后早期肿胀的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各40例。对照组手法整复术后采用常规药物治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用冷敷及中药外敷治疗,记录患者在治疗后3 d、5 d、7 d的肿胀消退及疼痛减轻情况,进行疗效判定。结果:治疗组有效率为93.5%,对照组有效率为70.0%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组患者疼痛程度在治疗后3 d、5 d、7 d明显较对照组减轻,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药外敷联合冷敷治疗桡骨远端骨折手法整复早期肿胀临床疗效显著,改善患者临床症状。
Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of external application of Chinese medicine in combination with cold compress on early swelling after distal radius fracture manipulative reduction. Methods：Eighty patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 40 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine medicine treatment after manipulative reduction operation .while the ones in the treatment group were added external application of Chinese medicine in combination with cold compress based on the treatment of the control gronp. The swelling degrading and pain relief were recorded after the patients were treated for 3 days,5 days and 7 days respectively;the curative effects were determined. Re- sults ： The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.5%, while that of the control group was 70%, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P 〈 0.01 ）. On the 3rd day,Sth day and 7th day respectively after the treatment, the pain degree of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and all the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： External application of Chinese medicine in combination with cold compress has a remarkable clinical curative effect on early swelling after distal radius fracture manipulative reduction ,can improve the patients＇ clinical symploins.
