摘要
目的 探讨双歧杆菌四联活菌片、茵栀黄口服液联合光疗治疗新生儿高胆红素血症（NHB）的临床疗效.方法 选择2015年4月—2016年12月无锡市锡山人民医院收治的NHB患儿50例,随机分为对照组和观察组各25例.对照组患儿给予蓝光治疗,并服用茵栀黄口服液;观察组在此基础上加用双歧杆菌四联活菌片,比较两组患儿的治疗效果.结果 治疗后,两组患儿胆红素水平均较治疗前下降,而观察组下降幅度更大,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.观察组日平均经皮测胆红素下降值高于对照组,且黄疸消退时间、蓝光照射时间以及住院天数均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（χ2=1.09,P〉0.05）.结论 双歧杆菌四联活菌片、茵栀黄口服液了联合光疗治疗NHB,疗效肯定,可明显缩短光疗时间及黄疸消退时间,提高胆红素下降速度,减少不良反应的发生,是一种安全、有效的防治NHB的方法.
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablets and Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid combined with phototherapy in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia （NHB）. Methods Fifty cases of children with NHB in Xishan People＇s Hospital of Wuxi City from April, 2015 to December, 2016 were selected. The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with blue light treatment and Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid, while the observation group was given Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablets additionally. The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared. Result After treatment, serum bilirubin levels of two groups were lower than those before treatment, and serum bilirubin level of the observation group decreased much more than that of the control group with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （Z2 = 1.09, P〉0.05）. Conclusion There is definite curative effect of Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablets and Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid combined with phototherapy in the treatment of NHB, which can significantly shorten the time of phototherapy and jaundice subsided time, improve the speed of bilirubin decreased, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and is a safe and effective method for the prevention and treatment of NHB.
