Argonaute2蛋白及其在人类肿瘤研究中的新进展

摘要 蛋白质组学迅猛发展,越来越多与肿瘤发生发展相关的蛋白质被发现,并被应用于临床诊断。Argonaute2蛋白通过参与构成RNA诱导的沉默复合体,其自身催化及自身过表达功能,在人类肿瘤的发生发展中扮演了重要角色,逐渐成为研究焦点。就Argonaute2蛋白结构、功能及在肿瘤中的作用机制方面的研究新进展做一综述。 With the rapid development of proteomics,proteins related to tumorigenesis and progression have been continuously discovered and applied to clinical diagnosis. By constituting RNA-induced silencing complex( RISC),selfcatalysis and overexpression,Argonaute2 plays an important role in human tumorigenesis and progression,and is becoming a research focus. In this article,we will reviewthe research advances on the structure,function and mechanism of Argonaute2 in tumor development.
