摘要
目的探讨宫颈置管患者人流综合征的综合护理效果。方法选取2015~2016年在成都医学院第一附属医院就诊的200例宫颈置管患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各100例。观察组患者采用人流综合征的综合护理,对照组进行常规护理。分别对两组患者进行问卷调查与出院满意度调查,比较置管后人流综合征发生情况以及跌倒发生例数。结果问卷调查显示综合护理减轻了患者置管前后身体与心理上的不适;观察组跌倒发生率、人流综合征例数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理可有效减少宫颈置管患者人流综合征的发生,降低了患者跌倒发生率并得到了患者的肯定与认同,有临床应用和推广价值。
Objective To explore the comprehensive nursing effect of artificial abortion syndrome in patients with cervical catheterization. Methods 200 cases of cervical catheterization from 2015 to 2016 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 100 cases in each group. The patients in the experimental group were treated with comprehensive nursing care of artificial abortion syndrome, and the control group received routine nursing. Two groups of patients were surveyed and discharged satisfaction survey to compare the incidence of artificial abortion syndrome after catheterization and the number of falls. Results The questionnaire survey showed that the comprehensive nursing care alleviated the physical and psychological discomfort before and after catheterization. The incidence of falls, the number of cases of artificial abortion syndrome were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care can effectively reduce the occurrence of artificial abortion syndrome in patients with cervical catheterization, and reduce the incidence of nursing falls. It has been recognized and accepted by patients, and has clinical application and popularization value.
