摘要
选取2010至2014年安徽省技术创新相关数据,采用主成分分析法建立技术创新评价指标体系。运用系统聚类分析安徽省技术创新水平,得出安徽省各地区技术创新水平不均衡、部分地区经济发展无法满足技术创新要求及技术创新转化能力不足的问题。提出政府要重视创新型人才储备、加大对经济发展缓慢地区的投资力度,根据各地区特色发展优势产业促进经济快速发展及加强对高新技术产业扶持力度等建议,以期安徽省技术创新水平能够在整体上得以提升。
Based on the data concerning technological innovation in Anhui province from 2010 to 2014, principal component analysis was employed to establish the evaluation index system for technological innovation. The cluster analysis of technological innovation level in Anhui province showed different areas varied in their technological innovation level, the economy in some areas could not satisfy the need of technological innovation with inadequate innovation ability. The government should pay attention to innovative talents reserves, increase its investment in the places where economy develops slowly, develop competitive industries in accordance with local special features to promote the economy, and strengthen the support to new and high technology industries for the overall improvement in innovation level.
