摘要
我国公共组织快速发展但同时其道德能力缺失问题凸显。在公民道德建设和社会治理的视角上分析,我国公共组织道德能力缺失的主要原因有:社会自制理念滞后,公民参与极其不足,公共精神严重缺失等。探寻提高公共组织道德能力的有效途径:创新公共组织治理理念,提高公共组织公益性和公信力,扩展公共领域和弘扬公共精神。
From the perspective of citizen moral construction and social management, the reasons for public organizations＂ lack of public moral capacity are analyzed as followed： lagging behind of the ideas of social autonomy, insufficiency of the citizen participation, and the serious lack of public spirit. The paths for improvement are also suggested： innovating the ideas of public organization management, improving their public welfare and credibility, expanding public areas and carrying forward the public spirit of public for enhancing the citizens＂ moral ability level and moral construction overall.
