摘要
机器人技术越来越多地被应用于智慧图书馆的研究与实践。将机器人技术应用于图书馆,能够解决图书馆管理和服务中的一些问题,并在一定程度上提高读者服务满意度。文章通过中外文献数据库、学术搜索引擎和引文追溯等途径搜集国内外图书馆机器人相关研究与应用文献,系统梳理图书馆机器人研究应用现状,选取典型应用案例进行深入分析,探讨未来机器人技术在智慧图书馆领域的研究应用,以期能够对图书馆行业引入机器人技术提供参考和借鉴。在未来,图书馆,相关研究机构和人员应该理性引入图书馆机器人技术,重视语料库的建设,让机器人更像一个图书馆员,聚焦关键技术,让机器人步入图书馆真实场景,同时也要注重相关技术人员的培养。
Robot technology is increasingly researched and adopted by smart libraries. Robot technology can effectively solve some problems in library management and service, and improve user satisfaction to a certain extent. Based on extensive research literature and best practices of library robots, this paper analyzes the situation of researches and practices of library robots at home and abroad in depths, and proposes that libraries, relevant research institutions and researchers should introduce library robots rationally, attach importance to corpus construction so as to make the robot more like a librarian, focus on key technologies to take the robot into real library environment, and cultivate relevant technical talents.
