Component Based 3D Simulation Tool for Laser Transmission Path Design

摘要 针对采用二维拓扑图建模时,搭建光路的正确性不直观且不易判断的问题。基于开源渲染引擎OSG设计实现了一个三维虚拟光路辅助工具,并集成到激光系统组件化仿真软件EasyLaser中。上述工具能够将任意二维拓扑模型自动转化为三维虚拟光路显示,并通过友好的人机交互界面辅助用户快速构建正确的光路模型。详细介绍了上述辅助工具的设计思路、关键技术实现以及应用效果。实际应用表明,上述工具不仅可以大大提升EasyLaser软件光路搭建的便捷性,还可作为激光系统光路的仿真设计工具。 Aim at the difficulty of discovering the error in light path which is built with 2D graph modeling, a 3D virtual light path design tool was desgned and implemented based on OSG which is a famous open source render engine and has been integrated into EasyLaser which is component based laser system simulation software. The tool can automatically convert any 2D graph model to 3D virtual light path, and can help users quickly build correct laser system models with friendly GUI. The design idea, the key technologies and the apply effect were depicted in detail in the paper. The test results indicate that this tool can not only greatly promote the ease of building the laser system models, but also can be used as the simulation tool for the laser transmission path design.
