桥墩施工偏差对高墩桥梁性能的影响 被引量:3

The influence of pier construction deviation on the performance of high pier bridge

摘要 鉴于高墩桥梁在桥墩施工中垂直度难于控制、易出现施工偏差,结合某高墩连续梁桥桥墩在施工过程中发生倾斜的工程实例,建立了桥墩未倾斜和倾斜2种状态下的有限元模型,分析了高墩施工过程中垂直度偏差对其力学性能、承载能力及稳定性的影响。研究结果表明:桥墩垂直度偏差对其承载能力极限状态和正常使用状态下永久荷载组合桥墩线形影响较大。垂直度施工偏差使得二阶效应更加明显,桥墩裂缝宽度和内力成倍增加。高墩施工过程中应尽量避免出现偏差,保证垂直度。该研究成果为高墩桥梁施工提供了技术依据。 In view of the verticality of high pier bridge,it is hard to control the construction deviation during the bridge pier construction.Combined with an engineering example of a high pier continuous beam bridge whose pier was tilt during the construction process,the finite element model is established for two kinds of the state of the bridge pier,and the influence of the vertical deviation on the mechanical properties,bearing capacity and the stability of the high pier construction is analyzed.The results show that the deflection of the bridge pier has a great influence on the bearing capacity limit state and the permanent load combination pier linearity under normal working condition.Due to the deviation of vertical construction,the second-order effects are more obvious,the crack width and internal force will greatly increase multiplied.During the process of high pier construction,the deviation should be avoided to ensure the verticality.The research results can provide technical basis for the construction of high pier bridges.
