摘要
采用统计分析的方法确定了铸钢件的实际收缩率 .对比了几种消失模铸造工艺方案 .在确定的方案条件下 ,进行了大量实验 ,优化了相关参数 .实验结果表明 :可以用消失模铸造代替湿砂型铸造生产阳极爪架铸钢件 ;并具有较大优越性 .
The linear shrinkage coefficients of the steel casting are determined through the method of statistical analysis in the paper. After companing different casting process designs of EPC, the better design is adopted to make many experiments. At last the optimization of parameters is determined. The experiments result shows that EPC can replace the green sand casting to produce the steel casting and it has more advantages.
