摘要
在中国实行股票期权制的内外部环境尚未健全的条件下,针对实行股票期权激励机制的企业业绩综合测评方法的科学化和规范化,应用层次分析法和多目标线性加权和法,提出了一套高科技上市公司业绩综合测评的新方法.
Stock option is a kind of effective long -term incentive system. It is an important problem how to evaluate the achievement of high -tech enterprises correctly in the case of current nonperfect inner and outer environment for executing stock option in China. This paper designs a method of evaluating the achievement in high -tech registered company using AHP and multi -object linar weigh.
