摘要
为获得回转铣刀最佳设计和制造方案 ,介绍了不同定义下带凸圆弧回转面的球头铣刀的刀刃口设计、二坐标NC加工中的沟槽设计、磨用砂轮设计、实得沟槽及计算机模拟、后处理等虚拟制造相关问题的数学模型及其相互比较 。
In order to get the best design and fabrication scheme for revolving cutters, mathematical models are established for edge design under distinct definition of spherical cutter with protruding arc revolving surface, groove design for 2-axis NC machining and grinding wheel design, and they are compared with each other. An important conclusion is drawn that the revolving cutter with constant pitch of screws is better than the revolving cutter of equal spiral angular in their design and manufacture.
