摘要
目的分析婴幼儿腹泻病经消旋卡多曲颗粒联合葡萄糖酸锌的治疗效果。方法将我院收治的婴幼儿腹泻患儿200例分为观察组和对照组,各100例,分别行消旋卡多曲颗粒联合葡萄糖酸锌、常规抗腹泻治疗。比较两组患儿的治疗效果、各症状缓解时间和住院时间、复发及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的81.00%(P<0.05);观察组各症状缓解时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发率为7.00%,低于对照组的38.00%(P<0.05);两组均无严重不良反应发生。结论消旋卡多曲颗粒联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗婴幼儿腹泻病临床效果显著,复发率和不良反应低。
Objective To analyze the effect of racecadotril granules combined with zinc gluconate in infants with diarrhea.Methods Two hundred cases of children with diarrhea treated in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group, with 100 cases in each group, and they used racecadotril granules combined with zinc gluconate and routine anti-diarrhea treatment respectively. The treatment effect, remission time of symptoms and length of stay, recurrence and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 98.00%, which was higher than 81.00% in the control group（P〈0.05）; The remission time of symptoms and length of stay were shorter than those of the control group（P〈0.05）; the recurrence rate in the observation group was 7.00%, which was lower than 38.00% in the control group（P〈0.05）; there was no serious of complications in the two groups. Conclusion Racecadotril granules combined with zinc gluconate has remarkable effect in infants with diarrhea clinical, with low recurrence rate and adverse reaction.
