摘要
跨文化交际理论认为,在跨文化交际过程中,翻译应该保留所译文化的异质性,保留其异域文化色彩,并还原该文化在对外传播过程中所流失部分的真实面目。《禅宗语录》与《道德经》作为中国经典的宗教典籍,均已被翻译成英语。通过探讨其代表性内容的英语译文,可以剖析翻译过程中宗教文化的异质性保留问题,从而挖掘中国文化"走出去"战略模式。
The cross-cultural exchange theory holds that in cross-cultural exchange, a translation act should retain the culturalheterogeneity of the source language and its exotic flavor, and restore the elements lost in the translation process. As Chinese religiousclassics, Excerpts from Zen Buddhist Texts and Dao De Jing have been translated into English, and through the evaluation of theEnglish version of Excerpts from Zen Buddhist Texts and Dao De Jing, one can analyze the cultural heterogeneity during the translationprocess. and thus truthfully render Chinese culture in the cultural promotion strategy.
