摘要
在汽车产品开发过程中的项目管理将每种汽车产品开发视为一个项目。项目的顺利运行离不开准确的策划。项目管理策划是辅助项目经理和项目团队规范推进项目开展的指导文件。文章对汽车产品开发项目的项目管理策划编制和应用进行分析研究,归纳了项目管理策划的制定和应用方法,指导项目经理制定项目管理策划并推广应用。
The automobile develop can be deemed to be a project. A project can’t run smoothly without accurate project scheme. Project management scheme is guide file which can help the project manager and project group push ahead the project. This paper describes how to work out the project management scheme of automobile product develop project and application of it. This paper introduces the method of constituting and using project management scheme, and guide project manager constitute and apply the project management scheme.
