摘要
横纹肌溶解综合征是临床罕见的一种严重疾病,可并发肾功能不全、电解质紊乱,严重时可出现多脏器功能障碍,危及生命。早期诊断、早期治疗对患者的预后有重大作用。其发病原因多种多样,本文报道1例罕见的吸食冰毒合并糖尿病高渗诱发的重症横纹肌溶解综合征患者成功救治的案例,并进行相关文献复习。
Rhabdomyolysis is a rare serious disease with diverse etiology,which can be accompanied by renal insufficiency,electrolyte imbalance,even life-threatening multiple organ dysfunction syndrome.Early diagnosis and treatment have a positive effect on the prognosis of patients.We reported a successfully managed rare case of severe rhabdomyolysis caused by methamphetamine and diabetic nonketotic hyperosmolar and reviewed the relative literature.
