摘要
境外经贸合作区已成为中国企业参与"一带一路"建设、构建开放型经济新体制、推动中国企业抱团出海和促进产能合作的重要平台。合作区对中国企业"走出去"的带动作用日益增强,形成了互利共赢的发展模式,巩固和深化了中国与相关国家的友好关系。促进合作区发展的关键是建立健全政府合作机制、完善合作区服务体系、拓展多元化融资渠道、科学合理规划布局、促进合作区转型升级、注重防范国际化经营风险。
Overseas economic and trade cooperation zone has become an important platform of China＇s enterprises to participate in ＂the Belt And Road Initiative＂ construction, promote Chinese enterprises to invest abroad and promote cooperation capacity.It powerful promoted the Chinese enterprises to foreign investment,formed a mutually beneficial and win-win development model,consolidate and deepen the friendly relations between China and relevant countries.The key to promote the development of overseas economic and trade cooperation zone is establish and improve the government cooperation mechanism,improve the service system of the cooperation zone,expand diversified financing channels,scientific and rational planning layout,promote the transformation and upgrading of cooperation zones,pay attention to guard against the risk of international operation.
