摘要 在切入磨削过程中,接触刚度是一个重要参数。研究了一种基于时间常数的切入磨削接触刚度的测量方法。通过建立切入磨削系统力学模型,推导出计算接触刚度的公式,并设计相应实验,运用力和位移传感器直接采集切入磨削力信号,利用磨削去除率模型中的时间常数准确获得磨削加工过程中的接触刚度。该方法简单高效,实用性强,对于测量磨削接触刚度有重要参考价值。 In the process of crush grinding, contact stiffness is an important parameter. The authors studied a measuring method of contact stiffness of crush grinding based on time constant. The computational formula of contact stiffness was deduced according to the established mechanics model of cut grinding system. In the experiment, authors acquired the signal of crush grinding force from force sensors and displacement sensors, and then got the contact stiffness during grinding based on time con- stant in the model to the removal rate of grinding. This method is simple, efficient, practical and important to measuring of con- tact stiffness.
