摘要
目的探讨手术室巡回护士工作程序表在胃穿孔修补术中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2012年2月—2017年2月我院78例行胃穿孔修补术患者的临床资料,将所有患者采用双盲法随机分为对照组和研究组,每组39例,对照组患者行常规的手术配合,研究组患者在对照组的基础上应用手术室巡回护士工作程序表,比较两组患者的手术与护理情况。结果研究组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间均少于对照组,护理工作情况及护理满意度均显著高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室巡回护士工作程序表有助于提高巡回护士工作效果及护理满意度,对保证手术效果具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To explore the application effect of the working program of operation room nurses in the repair of gastric perforation. Methods The clinical data of 78 patients undergoing repair of gastric perforation from February 2012 to February 2017 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively, all the patients were randomly divided into two groups： control group and study group, 39 cases in each group, patients in the control group underwent routine surgical coordination, patients in the study group were based on the control group and applied the operation room nurse program, the operation and nursing of the two groups were compared. Results The time of operation, the amount of bleeding and the length of stay in the study group were significantly less than those in the control group, the nursing and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The work schedule of nurses in operation room is helpful to improve the work effect and nursing satisfaction of itinerant nurses, and has important clinical significance for ensuring the effect of operation.
