摘要
阿尔兹海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)是一种常见的神经退行性疾病。农药作为环境污染物在其发生发展中起重要作用,研究农药与AD发病机制的关系对于预防、治疗该病有重大意义和应用价值。该文从脑内β淀粉样蛋白沉积、Tau蛋白过度磷酸化等AD病理改变入手,综述了农药在其发病机制中的作用,并对未来研究趋势进行展望。
Alzheimer's disease (AD) is the most common neurodegenerative disorder in the world. Pesticide, as one kind of environment pollutant, plays an important role in the development of AD. Studying the relationship between pesticide and pathogcnesis of AD has significantly practical significance and application value for the prevention and treatment. In this paper, the role of pesticide in AD pathogenesis by focus on the relationship between pesticide exposure and amyloid β-peptide (Aβ) accumulation and Tau protein hyperphosphorylation in brain were summarized.
