摘要
儿童缺锌以及全球范围锌缺乏是累及世界、倍受世界卫生组织和联合国粮农组织关注的营养问题。为了研究未来气候变化对作物锌吸收、迁移转化的影响,我们在中国气象局兰州干旱气象研究所定西干旱与生态试验基地,利用人工气候室模拟气候变化温度与二氧化碳浓度升高的环境条件下,进行了小麦植株细胞对锌利用率的试验研究。结果显示,随着温度和二氧化碳浓度的升高,小麦细胞中锌的含量呈下降趋势。
Zinc deficiency in children and zinc deficiency around the world is the nutrition-concerned problem involving the world and attracting the attention of world health organization and UNFAO. In order to study the influence of future climatic change on the zinc absorption, migration and variation, we have taken experimental study of the influence of wheat plant cell on zinc utilization in the Dingxi Arid and Ecological Experiment Base, Institute of Arid Meteorology of Lanzhou, China Meteorological Administration under the environmental condition of simulating the temperature changing and CO2 concentration increase in manual phytotron. The result has shown that along with the increase of temperature and CO2 concentration, the zinc content in wheat presents the tendency of decrease.
