摘要
目的 :探索建立医保实时在线监控系统监控指标权重系数,从大量的数据中为医保监管部门提供科学、合理的精准靶向。方法 :运用层次分析法确定各层次监控指标的权重。结果 :建立成都市医保实时在线监控系统26项监控指标和权重系数。结论 :层次分析法确定的监控指标权重系数符合成都实际,可应用于医保监管实际和综合考核评价医院的违规情况。
Objective： Explore the establishment of health insurance real-time online monitoring system to monitor the weight coefficient, from a large number of data to provide a scientific and reasonable precision targeting. Methods： Determination of weight of each level monitoring index by using analytic hierarchy process. Results： Establishment of 26 monitoring indexes and weight coefficients of Chengdu medical insurance real-time online monitoring system. Conclusion： Analytic hierarchy process to determine the monitoring index and weight coefficient in line with the actual situation in Chengdu, can be applied to the actual and comprehensive assessment of health insurance regulatory violations of the hospital.
