摘要
通过正交试验探讨化学试剂多聚磷酸/氯化铵处理PBO纤维的影响因素,讨论处理时间、复配比、多聚磷酸用量以及处理温度对纤维性能的影响,通过分析发现,多聚磷酸用量主要决定纤维的力学性能,温度主要影响纤维表面的粗糙度,处理时间、多聚磷酸用量二者影响纤维溶胀。选取力学性能最好的试验方案(A_1B_1C_1D_1方案)处理纤维,通过对原纤和处理纤维进行TG/DTA测试,分析测试SEM、纤维的直径变化,经化学试剂处理的PBO纤维仍具有优异的热性能。
The factors affecting treatment of poly-p-phenylene benzobisoxazole PBO fiber by chemical agent PPNNH,CI was studied by orthogonal experiment. The effects of treatment time, composite ratio, poly phosphoric acid (PPA) concentration and treatment temperature on the properties of fiber were discussed. It was found that the concentration of PPA mainly determined the mechanical properties of fibers, the temperature mainly affected the roughness of the fiber surface, and the treatment time and the concentration of PPA affected the fiber swelling. The optimal test scheme was selected to treat fiber. The fiber before and after the treatment was characterized by TG/DTA test and SEM. The results showed that the diameter of treated fibers changed, and the PBO fiber treated by chemical agent still had excellent thermal property.
